Tiziana is originally from Turin in Italy. She shares her time between the UK and France. She lived for many years in Cambridge where she began her interest in art, going on to study at Camberwell College in London where she did a degree in Fine Art and Ceramics.
There she was excited to have as her personal tutor one of the leading ceramicists of the country - Richard Slee, with visiting lectures given by well-known names from British cultural life such as Damien Hirst and Jonathon Miller.
During her studies at Camberwell, Tiziana developed an interest in using the body as a reference point for her ideas and became intrigued by the way clothes surround and contain the body like a skin.
She was also influenced by the artist Giuseppe Penone of the Arte Povera movement - particularly his ‘?Breath’ series where he describes the body by the space surrounding it. Trying to express her ideas of the fragility of the human body she began using porcelain and children’s clothing.
She is fascinated by the way porcelain picks up very fine detail and when fired, produces a bony, fossil-like quality in the work, freezing and preserving the original form.
Yet the pieces retain their movement and dynamism, seemingly echoing the life that the original clothing once contained.
Taking the idea of fragility to its extreme she deliberately crushed some of the final pieces and then experimented with ways of encapsulating the results by fusing glass to the surface. By learning more about the fusing process she began a separate branch of glass work which she further developed by taking a short course in Architectural glass at Wolverhampton University.
From there she developed what she had learned and began making innovative glass pieces combining bold, yet sophisticated designs, using various precious metals. She has worked mainly with traditional bowl forms as well as applying similar techniques for panels in architectural contexts.
Her glass and ceramic work has been exhibited in some of the most prestigious galleries and museums in Great Britain, amongst which are Sothebys, the Hayward Gallery, the Concourse gallery in the Barbican and at the renowned International Art Fair in London.
In Europe Tiziana was the first prize winner of the Terra Piemonte Prize, Castellamonte, Italy and exhibited her work at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Turin(MIAAO) and the Kunstmuseum, Wolfsburg in Germany.
In the USA she has shown work at the prestigious SOFA exhibition(Chicago), the San Francisco International Gift Fair and the Affordable Art Fair in New York, earning her a fine reputation in the contemporary art world.
Tiziana has recently begun exhibiting her work in the South of France combining her love of black and white photography with textiles to create stunning banners and mixed media work. She has exhibited this work at the 109 Contemporary Arts Centre and the Depardieu Gallery for Contemporary Art in Nice.
Her work also features in a touring exhibition entitled 'Mona dans tous ses états' which started in the Antibes Médiateque and will later go on to Malta,Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Later in 2026, she will feature some mixed ceramic and metal pieces in a joint exhibition held at the Terra Rossa Maison de la Céramique (Ceramics Gallery) in Salernes,Provence.

En approfondissant ses connaissances sur le processus de fusion, elle a exploré une nouvelle voie dans le travail du verre, qu'elle a ensuite développée en suivant une formation courte en verre architectural à l'Université de Wolverhampton.
Forte de cette expérience, elle a commencé à créer des pièces en verre innovantes, alliant des designs audacieux et sophistiqués, et utilisant divers métaux précieux. Elle a principalement travaillé avec des formes de bols traditionnelles, tout en appliquant des techniques similaires pour des panneaux dans des contextes architecturaux.
